Registration Info:

1. Follow the link to create a League Apps account

2. Once you've created an email/password, login into your League Apps account

3. Click the "Events" tab on the top right corner of the League Apps Dashboard

4. "Arkansas Travelers PLAY BALL Clinic" should be visible, click "Register" to sign your child up for the FREE event

5. You must complete all of these steps to register your child. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact travsfoundation@travs.com immediately.

Registration is FREE to all boys and girls age 4yr to 14yr and we encourage first time and new-to-baseball youth to participate. Glove & Bat are NOT required, but recommended. The clinic will be outdoors on grass and turf fields, so please wear proper attire including athletic shoes. The first 200 youth to register will receive a free whiffle ball & bat courtesy of Franklin Sports.

Calling All Coaches and volunteers! Major League Baseballâ??s PLAY BALL initiative is coming to Junior Deputy June 11^th and we need your help!

MLB and The Arkansas Travelers in partnership with the Arkansas Travelers Youth Foundation are proud to announce the annual PLAY BALL Youth Baseball/Softball Clinic to be hosted at Jr. Deputy Park in Little Rock on June 11th from 9am to 11am. This FREE clinic will introduce youth to the sport of baseball, teach basic skills and drills, and help foster future participation in youth leagues in the community.

This email is to solicit volunteers to help coach, assistant coach, facilitate, and administrate the clinic. The goal is to have 500 kids attend, which means we would need about 50 coaches and volunteers to help out. The youth will be divided based on age into groups. Depending on the total number of registered participants, each group will have 4 to 8 coaches/volunteers that instruct the kids. Instruction will be basic fundamental skills aimed at encouraging participants to continue their interest and explore baseball & softball as an extracurricular activity. This is not an advanced skills clinic. The goal is to have fun doing what we love and share that experience with the next generation. Please help us show these kids why baseball is so fun!
